In partnership with CALA, Senior Community Learning offers the Senior Living Leadership Development Series, an online training course to develop and strengthen leadership skills. Approved for 6 CEUs, this series is ideal for recently hired or newly promoted supervisors or managers. Administrators can earn CEUs while setting goals and benchmarks with staff participants.

Certified Director of Assisted Living
Affiliated with Argentum, the Senior Living Certification Commission offers the Certified Director of Assisted Living (CDAL) credential. A CDAL demonstrates competency in their role as a community leader and commitment to the highest quality of service in senior living. To date, over 500 senior living professionals have earned the CDAL credential.
As a state partner of Argentum, CALA members are eligible to receive up to a $175 discount off of the CDAL package.
